With preliminary reports indicating that most people are planning to attend, both from and outside Italy, it will be a crime if we fail to name this as a must- go event for everyone in Italy and its circumferential countries.
Diva is the local capital’s most famous feature of fun and humor. It is managed Annabel/ Lorenza Mario (che fine ha fatto?) who plays the star and soul of the DIVA and personifies all complexities.. René / Max Cavallari, his lifetime friend and companion in adventure supports it with humor and affection in the difficulties of a life outside the box.
Alessio / Francesco Capodacqua di Amici is the handsome young man who wants to change his life, wants to find himself to get away from a path already mapped.
Together with them are other artist like Princess Clotilde / Tia Architto, Vincenzo Incenzo, Ugo De Carolis / Roberto D’Alessandro, Filippa / Catherine Gramaglia, Cristian / Fausto Verginelli, Sara / Laura Fiorini, Adrian / Antonio Caggianelli and little Alice / Margherita Rebeggiani, for a cast total of sixteen artists in the scene.
In two acts of one hour each DIVA brings to the stage the Love speaking up, love for human beings as they are, different, unique, with their creativity and with their sexuality.
Love: that is the central theme of the show together with other minor topics; idea of Freedom, breaking the traditional influence and rules and roles set are few but many topics that won’t miss during the show.
Vincenzo Incenzo songs will also be played. The lyrics are romantic and popular but is also open to the complaint, touching sensitive issues such as adoption, parenting and gender identity .Whoever wishes to buy them will also have a chance to get original signed ones.
Although many will wish that the show not to end, Diva will call it a day on 8th March.
